Our goal is to make customer service as convenient and functional as possible for transit agencies. Through the Kontron Customer Service Tool, customer accounts can be searched and accessed. This allows a customer’s account history to be displayed. Agencies may view the status of purchased products, suspend customer accounts, spoil or refund customer fare products and re-issue purchased fare articles.
